CERPHOS is the Research and Mineral Phosphates Study Center of the Office Cherifien des Phosphates OCP-GROUP. It was created in 1947 in France and specialized in phosphate products. In October 1975, the center was transferred to Morocco in the form of a public limited company, as a research center of the Office Chérifien des Phosphates (OCP) group. CERPHOS experienced an expansion of its activities in 1997 to cover several areas around the fertilizer industry, such as Biotechnology and fertilization, water and environment treatment, soil and plant analysis, food phosphoric acid, corrosion and materials, metrology and quality in industry..
