4th Meeting of the Mediterranean Energy Experts Circle, at #PCNS #UM6P in Rabat Morocco May 28th 2025
On the topic of ‘Powering the Transition: Strategic Interconnections for a Resilient and Sustainable Mediterranean Energy Future’ the 4th Meeting of the Mediterranean Energy Experts Circle focused on Energy infrastructure—encompassing physical assets, digital systems, and enabling institutional frameworks as a backbone of any credible response to the region’s energy challenges. During this event Sahara Wind highlighted the importance of building large green-powered Ecosystems to leverage local value of Morocco’s existing Automobile, Battery, Fertilizer, Agriculture, Urban and Tourism industries to sustain the rolling out of critical energy infrastructures. A resilient and integrated ecosystem approach is more likely to leverage the region’s outstanding renewable assets within global industrial value chains and stimulate cross border infrastructure developments.
